A Living Journal of Return

Who Am I

A Sacred Rebel.
A Breathwork Guide.
Temple Keeper of The Sovereign Return.

For most of my life, I tried to be what the world could easily understand.
Polished. Productive. Pleasing.

It took breaking apart to remember:
I am not too much.
Even cracked, I am a living altar of memory, fire, and return.
My mirror still reflects. My flame still burns.
And I do not have to be perfect to light the way for others.

Reflections from the Temple was born from this remembering — a weekly inspiration shared at the intersection of the sacred and the human. A place where I share the lessons, stories, and invitations arising from my own reclamation: the path of coming home to myself, again and again.

Why I Share

I am here for the ones who feel deeply, carry quietly, and keep showing up even when their hearts are heavy.

I show up for those who’ve outgrown the cages of perfection, productivity, and people-pleasing and are ready to live in rhythm with their truth.

The reflections in this space are part memoir, part mirror, and part medicine.
They are the words I needed when I was unraveling, and sometimes even still when life gets a little more than chaotic: gentle, grounded, and fiercely honest.

What You’ll Find Here

Each week, you’ll receive one reflection from the Temple — a story, a practice, or a question to bring you back to your breath and your truth.

Expect a rhythm of:

  • Personal stories of transformation and self-reclamation

  • Somatic practices to ground sensitivity and emotion

  • Poetic reflections to soften the edges of the week

  • Invitations to breathe, feel, and live with presence

Some weeks will feel like ritual. Others will feel like a mirror.
Every post is written to meet you exactly where you are.

(For now, everything here is open access — no paywall, just presence.)

Who This Is For

This space is for the empath, the helper, the peacekeeper — the one learning to stay open without losing themselves.

It’s for those walking the threshold between worlds:

  • The healer and the human.

  • The spiritual and the practical.

  • The one who leads others but is now being called back to their own heart.

If you’ve ever whispered “I know there’s more,” this Temple was built for you.

I was raised in small-town Oregon. Me, a sensitive, queer, intuitive, carrying a heart too big for the silence I was taught to keep. Soon after graduating high-school, I fled as quickly as I could.

The following 25 years, I lived inside a relationship that often looked idyllic at first glance on the outside but just under the surface, starved my spirit on the inside.

Leaving that life in 2018 brought simultaneous destruction and resurrection.

In 2020, in Bali, I encountered conscious connected breathwork for the first time at a transformational retreat.

There, in the space between breath and body, I met and forgave myself. In that forgiveness, I released so much shame, guilt, and doubt. In that forgiveness, I opened the doors to my own freedom.

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to guiding others back to that same homecoming: through breathwork, sound, embodiment, and truth-telling.

Today, I hold space for empaths, seekers, and awakening souls through The Sovereign Return — and this space is one of its living portals.

Final Reflection

I am not here to fix you.
I am here to walk beside you while you remember who you are.

To hold the space where your breath softens,
where your body speaks again,
where your truth lands without apology.

You don’t need a new version of yourself.
You need a homecoming.
That’s what this space is for, and I look forward to meeting you here.
