Reflections from the Temple

Before We Begin

A letter to those arriving at the Temple’s door.

A candlelit temple doorway draped in golden and indigo cloth, illuminated by soft amber light — an invitation to begin the journey of remembering.
The doorway to the Temple. Every journey begins here.

The Threshold

I am allowed to inspire even as I am eternally becoming.

Before you choose to walk alongside me, there are a few things you should know.

I am a beautifully imperfect human.
I falter. I stumble. And I stand up again.

I have been the one who abandoned myself to keep the peace.
The one who searched for courage and connection at the bottom of endless glasses of wine.

The one who became my own harshest critic, keeping my true self imprisoned through lectures layered with guilt and shame.

And yet, here I stand, still whole through it all.

I will continue to learn, to grow, and to be better every single day.
My humanity is not a liability.
It is my greatest credential.

If you are looking for a guide who has mastered every morning routine, who never doubts, breaks, or stumbles — I am not that guide.

I am not here to perform perfection.
I am here to walk in my humanness.
To hold space while you remember that you, too, do not have to be perfect to be worthy.

If these words feel like an exhale to your own heart, you are welcome here.

The Remembering

You are sovereign.
You are sacred.
You are both temple and temple keeper.

I am simply here to hold the lantern alongside you, as you remember your way home.

What This Work Is

Every offering I create is an invitation for your own Sovereign Return.
Not to make you more palatable.
But to remind you: you are not broken.

This work is not about fixing.
It is about remembering.
It is the return to your wholeness, to the parts of you that the world asked you to hide.

The Language of the Temple

You will see words like Temple, Sovereign, Sacred, or Reclamation throughout my writing, know that they aren’t decoration.
They are anchors to help us ground in the vocabulary of remembrance.

Temple
Not a monument to someone else’s greatness.
Not a place to grovel.
It is the divine inheritance you carry in your cells.
It is the quiet space where you meet your spirit without shame or performance.
This is your birthright.

Sovereign
Not a title.
Not an external throne.
The quiet, steady knowing that you belong to yourself.
The unshakable place within you that no one can claim but you.

Sacred
Not religious.
Spiritual.
It is a way of seeing your existence as worthy of reverence and the holiness of being here, still alive, still rising.

Reclamation
Not a project to fix yourself.

It is a sacred remembering and return to what was always yours:
your voice, your rage, your radiance, your joy.

The Portals
These are my offerings, or services. Each is a doorway to support your journey: breathwork, sound meditation, coaching, podcasts, oracle cards, retreats, and reflections.

Each one guiding you back to a place you may have forgotten but never lost within yourself.

How to Move Through This Space

Reflections from the Temple – Weekly writings that blend story, ritual, and remembrance.
The Empath’s Reclamation Podcast – Conversations and guided journeys through voice and breath.
The Oracle’s Breath – Monthly live breathwork sessions for those ready to breathe and integrate this work in an safe, online community.

You can begin anywhere knowing that every reflection, every breath, every episode is part of the same living mosaic.

The Invitation

This is not a transaction.
This is a gathering of the willing —
those who are tired of shrinking, tired of waiting for permission, and ready to reclaim their own rhythm.

If something in you whispers yes, subscribe, restack, share, or simply return whenever you need to remember.

Here, presence replaces perfection.
Here, being fully human is the most courageous thing you can be.

Welcome home, beloved.
